A solid realistic post of which i highlight <<So you wind up with the inefficiencies of standing wind farms and banks of solar panels without eliminating the need for monstrous coal, nuclear and natural gas generation. It will take generations to sort out the myriad possible balances between fossil fuel, alternative energy and conservation.>>
i will in the next month be researching this to see if this is doable from simply one home:) The bottomline is what would be the cost for a top quality system for one home. In terms of placement in a manner that i have the sun avaible as long as possible in a spot that will not be a visual eyesore( i have a 2,500sq.ft, low lying flat patch availabe on my 3 acre ).
It now comes down to the costs of which i know nothing.
The realities i need discover quite soon--there is a company here that has been in this solar biz for 30years in my area.

He played his video game night and day.
The MAZE of Death.
But that is the game we all are in, the trick, don't believe it.Get above it all and imagine nothing is what it seems.Kill the machine.otraque
