There are a whole bunch of reasons it fell to a buck! They had recently been mismanaged into the ground and the Sky deal was criminal.
If you've looked at charts, you'd know recent resistance has been around $5 and currently is at $4.83. You'd have sold off at least half of your shares, or at the very least, enough to give you a zero cost basis.
