Back on the case!

We have now entered the "too many plans, so little time" mode. I expected this to happen, which is why I did not want to waste time reviewing plans that would be changed several times. For example, the OEC now has submitted its four plan?

Things are hectic this time of year historically. Stakeholders who could not stand each others plan now try to work together to find a way to get a plan approved by the end of the year.

I am going to need at least 48 hours to review all of the plans.
