VIX no historic lows, actually mid range, 10 being the low, 38 being the high norm.

So at 15 we are about at the mid-point....................

As for technical indicators coin toss, arguments for bears and for bulls. Oil is high but the market is high as well due to so many greenbacks floating around that have to go somewere.

Markets took a beating due to Spitzer, pure and simple this week.
