I believe INSANITY is watching the PPS doing the same thing "over and over again" and continuing to make the same excuses for it's lack of results.

Wow ..... 6.5 million in volume and all this moved up was a lousy 11%? It held it's HOD of .018 for about two seconds. We now have three PR's (starting with the council retainment) and ZENG is still just a hair above it's all-time low of .013?

I watched a stock today rocket for 100% on PR that it was "thinking" about starting a business venture. This stock is being sold into every time a PR is released. Flippers and insiders alike. No surprise given that they have no operating capital. Where else could the money possibly come from?
