Your right this means nothing, the report basically says they are happy they didn't lose more given economic conditions. So considering the company is not worse than the last quarter and they maintained the same level"why are people paying 3 times the going rate for the shares" lots of bag holder in the future maybe??? Just my humble thoughts on the rise.
