They in a merging recently did a "legal"(due to our laws that don't exist to stop these things)--they did a golden handshake where 4 people in high management got paid 650million dollars!!! as compensation for having them removed.
They are now telling doctors what they will pay for and not pay for even if the doctor believes they are putting a patients life in danger.
I am now paying out of my own pocket 1,200 dollars a year because they don't agree with my doctors dosage regards an HP med, Hyzaar, that has mamaged to stabilize my blood pressure from 270/150 to 120/80!!!!
It is coming down the line they are going to raise 2,000 deductible policies 250dollars a MONTH.
Why raising rates wildly and doing all they can to cut costs at patients expense, well they have to pay the 650million dollars to their fellow scumbag racketeers don't they?
Anthem is naught but a mafia operation now.
Our HMO system will become a castastrophy because the management be corrupt greed greed greed crooks.
My wife and have decided they are worthless and our dropping 2,000 deductible and going to 10,000 deductible---this insurance is only good for castastrophic events, imo.
The investigation Spitzer is igniting regards HMOs will reveal a den of roaches infesting Healthcare.
After 1932 FDR said capitalism without ethics create events like the Great Crash.
We have not even begun to clean our house, and as long as that Safe Harbor Act of 1995 remains, which was only an invitation for company management to rob and cheat and lie legally; we exist knee deep not in ethical capitalism, but in deep foul mud capitalism.
We clean our house or collapse is my longterm feeling on our economy.
