Wrong ... ZENG's working capital deficit is $1.2+ Million ... and that means that ZENG is very much behind.

The $250k in cash .... is probably gone by now doing DD on Greenlight and paying professional fees.

Plus ... Luiten's personal financial situation appears to be tenuous.

And ... the biodiesel industry is in turmoil and shrinking.
