It is old news, but it was known to us that GoldenTree Asset Management is investing in CEM:

(By the way, Beach Point Capital Management was mentioned in the article. I believe Beach Point is one of the current CEM bond holders. Also, I think, York is a bond holder, too.)

Also, a recent Court document shows that Apollo (which, I think, offered about $9 per CEM share with Blackstone last year) is investing in CEM:

Now, we have SVP, which has purchased about 20 million CEM common shares. Who knows SVP would had purchased the CEM bonds before purchasing the common shares?!
