Thanks, floblu. What I was referring to in the prior post was the freshness of the data on Palo Alto’s MNTA holding as opposed to information about the firm itself.

MNTA’s insiders, Novartis, and now T Rowe Price are required to report their purchases and sales of MNTA directly on Form 4 or Form 13G, and these filings must be made in close to real time: 2 days for insiders and 10 days for non-insider 10%+ shareholders such as NVS and Price.

For Palo Alto, on the other hand, all we know about its MNTA holding is what is contained in Palo Alto’s own quarterly filings on Form 13F-HR, which may be filed as late as 45 days from the end of the quarter in question. Regards, Dew
