I think EarnestDD summed it up pretty well.
First, AERP is not TTR-HP, who the suit was INITIALLY filed against. But NASCAR quickly lined up the connections between the two, and added AERP to the defendants.
Second, this is NOT a SMALL case at all.

What is likely going to happen is this:
NASCAR will win the case.
Since AERP won't have nearly enough assets to cover their damages, NASCAR will assume all the assets, shares included, of AERP, and those publicly traded shares will become WORTHLESS.
All of what used to be Aero Performance Products will be a privately owned sub of NASCAR.
Everyone who holds shares here will hold air.
