The majority of the shares were sold in a very questionable transaction to Flo-Co owned by Geddes, a bankrupt and charged Fraudster who happens to be a neighbor of Shane Traveller, an associate of Peacock who has been charged with securites Fraud.

Nascar has a $1+ million lawsuit ... not minor at all.

Nascar has amended its Statement of Claim to include AERP.
