I'd love to be able to answer you, but I just passed the info, big time trading is beyond my scope.
But I do believe that an EC will bring in new buyers.
Buyers move the PPS.
I also believe that if there is no EC this time it's not over, multiple tries for one is not just common, it's the standard.
