They all provide some excellent insight into the legal processes with Wamu. However, be warned about some of the 'settlement predictions' they have made.

Bopfan was claiming settlement was imminent this time last year, and pretty much stuck to that claim until recently. Now she just says it will happen at somepoint, lol.

Mary has been more realistic claiming settlement in 12 months or so, Fall 2010. However recently she changed her tune and claimed within 3 months. She also predicts that Walrath will rule on the 4.4 Billion in November...

Again, I really enjoy their posts because I have learned alot about the legal issues involved. However, their timeline predictions have been off every time.

No one can predict the timeline for an outcome, and it annoys me that some of them still are trying to do so. Either way - their legal opinions have been pretty much dead on accurate.
