Halt ahead of SEC investigation?
Yeah, that's usually how they do it.
I heard they made next to nothing this year, with big losses.

It wouldn't be a surprise to see an SEC investigation, since the former interim CFO was charged with FRAUD and now can't hold an office in a publicly traded company for a while...so he has his wife sign for him IMO :)
