ZENG has been in business for almost three years.
And Luiten supposedly had a oil and feedstock trading platform.
WE do not see that in the current ZENG.

And Insolvency is a measure at a point in time ... and ZENG is INSOLVENT NOW.
The greenlight deal has made ZENG even MORE Insolvent.
