YES! THIS IS NOT HAMMOND INC. Hammond Inc. all of the assets were SOLD leaving the empty shell Co. HMDI that is owned my AMIN thats why the stock HMDI was basically $0 (.0005) but back when AMIN owned HMDI and the assets the AMIN employees were given HDMI shares which they still own and can not exersize them until Dec. 09. AMIN owns 51% of Delta Seaboard and Delta was not being traded seperatly on the market but was included with AMIN. IMHO doing a reverse merger is a no brainer for Delta and AMIN do your DD and figure it out. IMHO in all this is HMDI will not get to the real value until the news and the ticker change to DELTA once that happens we will see where we go so anyone posting NEWS on HAMMOND Inc does not apply this is all about Delta Seaboard! GET IT or HANG ON TO IT!
