Never got back in. There were a lot of other issues that looked more attractive, and I had misgivings about investing in what is essentially a lawsuit (see AMGN/TKTX).

I know a guy that seemed to specialize in companies that went bust, whose main asset was a pending anti-Microsoft lawsuit. I think he made money when MSFT settled, which they seem to invariably do.
