TVOG isn't posted on your shell board as cheap as the market cap looks...

Anyway, the last insider purchases filed were at about a penny/share in summer of 2008...

Float was last shown in a public filing last Dec. 2008...Nothing has been done since the filing in regard to that filing...

The Nevada SOS still shows them registered with a 100 million shares authorized...

The last 10Q filing was about as clean as you will ever see with the low debt and no debenture debt then to carry over as excess baggage...

The pinksheets site took out the filings this week that showed the company recieved the Caveat Emptor symbol after not filing on time in Canada and getting the suspension from Canadian trading...

They need to make 'em an offer on a gold mine and get activated again...LJ
