"We commenced the construction of the new Jiangyin plant in December 2007 and completed construction in October 2009. The Jiangyin Industrial Park at which the new facility is located is equipped with a deep sea harbor capable of servicing 100,000 ton cargo ships, a container port and railroad that will be connected to the People’s Republic of China’s national railroad network. The plant has the flexibility to produce 100,000 tons of biodiesel per year, or 30,000 tons of specialty chemicals per year, or a combination of biodiesel and specialty chemicals for a total output of 70,000 tons per year.
