Ygiene(R) is BioNeutral's broad spectrum antimicrobial currently under development. Ygiene(R) is undergoing the testing necessary to achieve registration with the Environmental Protection Agency. Ygiene(R) is thus not yet available on the market.
I believe it is EPA not FDA that will make decision on BONU. Ill look in into more info if ill find any.
