From what I can gather so far.

It looks like once again all a company has to do is whine loud enough to enough countries and get away with legalized extortion.

AMD was the only one who complained. Not a single PC vendor complained. I still think this is the biggest crock of horseshit I have ever seen.

Face it INTC said here have this piece of gum now go away and shut the hell up.

INTC got screwed plain and simple.
Hector is partying his ars right off now.

So what kind of precident does this make?
Well lets see if I go to every country where INTC sells products and cry - I will force cash out of INTC.

Like I said earlier - INTC looses just about every case it gets involved with. This whole scenario of events leaves INTC in a very vunerable position. So basically what's to stop AMD from opening another round of accusations? Hell if they keep it up they can pay off all of their debt.

With all that said - AMD still sucks at making PC chips - It is an industry fact that AMD's yields are by far the worst in the semi industry.

It's a sad day.
