Mission Accomplished I guess one might say...below linked are the Monthly Operating Reports(MOR) thru Oct 09 filed with the BK court...

XeChem Bank account 0--zip,zilch,nada--account closed...

Swift and Burg listing Oct fees as 20k/10k respectively...
