oh yes ... I truly think Obama is scared to death of blackwater ... 
;) .......what I do think is this - we don't have enough people for anything ! ... our soldiers going back two/three times and maybe four to combat duty ... lowering the standards for recruitment ... all add up to "We do not have enough people to fight and protect anyone any where ....
Or - it's just the old reagan/winger scheme of trying to privatise everything .. and succeeding pretty darn well !
