How would this work? Doesn't the shares have to be restricted? Now if shorts cover it with shorted share of FUGU, then wouldn't the shareholder of SPNG would know as these shares would be easily traded and not restricted? How would the short comes up with a specific restricted FUGU share? Thanks.
