Ze'ev, doesn't the August 14 pledge stipulate that the signer, to the best of his knowledge, believes the company's books, as published, are correct? If so, how could a CEO sign the pledge, then come out with a warning a month or so later? Granted, something may come to the CEO's attention in the interim, but that would look very bad, and I would think they would go to great lengths to avoid it.
