SEC Charges Eleven in Stock Manipulation Ring

Dear Judge Farnan,

For the reasons stated under the Government status the Defense concurs with each statement contained therein.

I would like to apologize to the Court, Counsel, and Government for my absence from Court on November 6, 2009. There was a miscommunication with my office staff. I entirely meant no disrespect and, as such, I apologize. I have instructed my staff appropriately and this mistake will not happen again.

I remain available to address any questions that the Court may have.
