imo the administration won't waste the war card on a midterm election. better bet is two years from now. (i hope this isn't crossing the no-politics line.) i also expect the saber-rattling to diminish as we go into the midterm elections because at some point people are going to tire of being scared all the time and will start asking "yeah, ok, but now tell me how you're going to make me feel *secure*".
