I am basing my assumptions on the following:

1. Gen-X has no website.
2. Gen-X is in an industry that is beset by bankruptcies and companies working far below capacity.
3. There is not a lot of demand for biodiesel right now and profit margins are razor thin.
4. Gen-X is a very small player and cannot compete with companies like Archer Daniels Midland.
5. Most Google articles on Gen-X are a couple years old except: http://www.biodieselinvesting.com/biodiesel-archives/2009/09/29/railroad-company-gen-x-energy-to-build-biofuel-plant/
6. Like you, I'm making assumptions, but I'm looking at the whole picture of biofuel and Gen-X's future is not real bright right now.
7. Until we get a spike in gas prices, biofuels cannot compete with the oil companies. At this particular point in time as far as I can find, the only income Gen-X is generating is from Global.
8. Gen-X at this point in time reminds me of International. Not a lot of money, and no product that is capable of generating significant revenue.
9. It may be in the best interests of Gen-X to be acquired by Global, a company that is now capable of selling millions of gallons of green fuel.
10. Global has a product that no other company has and every month, they are breaking new records in products sold and increasing revenue.
