So funny to see [Teva] on the other side of the fence. Their patent attorneys must be freaking out and having to copy their normal opponents' boilerplate instead of their own.

True, and it’s not just the attorneys. When Teva’s executives recite the “opponents’ boilerplate” stuff on investor CC’s in reply to questions about generic Copaxone, they sound as though they are trying to convince themselves :- )
