It's because he had already built it up in his feeble, unemployed and broke head that the information didn't exist, you or the CEO were full of shit, and all of his questions were rhetorical ones. A moron like him is so used to automatically ASSuming a stock is a scam that he wouldn't know a good stock if the cert was rolled up and shoved straight up his ass.

While I can't say for sure where JBII will ultimately go either way, I can say for sure the ignorance out of him is hysterical.
