Simple. ZTPharma was bought by Novartis. We don't know if CBL (sub of CHBO) having a right to invest in ZTPharma, invested anything in that company. Therefore, we don't know if CHBO has anything to do with Novartis deal. I can only speculate that CHBO maybe got the 15% in ZTPharma, OR the right to invest in ZTPharma has also been bought out by Novartis.
