They have a 45% item sell rate, which inversely indicates they that 55% is no sell / dead inventory.
In retail you have to fill the shelves with inventory folks want to buy in order to be profitable...

Their best seller are the TV's / LCD's, but what kind of ratio should one put on those sells as coverage for the no sells.
Every TV/LCD sale covers the inventory cost and labor of 100 no sell items?

Scoreboard might read 1 win 9 losses...

There in lies the reason for the relentless dilution....trying to stay afloat.
That lucky 7 isn't going to be big enough to store all the dead inventory clothing, etc....
