This may sound really cliche and sappy but we both feel "alive" more than we have in a long time. When life kicks you in the ass it makes one go into survival mode and one tends to take less for granted...and appreciate what is important. Don't get me wrong; I wouldn't wish these circumstances on anyone but we have, in many ways, benefited from this situation. Our priorities in life have certainly changed and I find myself and my wife as better off in a weird way. I will post changes in her condition and prognosis as warranted. Today we are kind of "on top of the world"...Life is strange. Mobery, we saw some sunshine today! And Dan, thanks for the uplifting comments.
