Novartis needs a license to export. Mellow Hope has one from Tianyuan. Will Tianyuan honour it? Perhaps yes, perhaps not - it is now to be owned by Novartis. And as you say - Novartis has lots of distribution channels. I would very much doubt they need Mellow Hope. However Mellow Hope seems to be selling product without Novartis quite well in foreign countries. Will Novartis take over those sales?
