no shares, no money. preseizure or not. by selling shares, shareholders ruined their damage model. there are no lawfirms anywhere representing any preseizure shareholder. there was an ambulance chasing law firm wanting to represent the shareholders when wamu announced bk. That has gone nowhere. The lawfirm didnt even know how it would turn out when I called and asked, hence my term ambulance chasing lawyer... feel free to correct me if I am wrong...
