Customer Service: currently experiencing high call volume. Alternative is to email customer@natsul.com. I've got about 30 items in queue and can almost never get my 3rd out. I've tried rearranging the queue, adding less popular names but no help in about 2 weeks. Is everyone having similar problems? The CS guy said that all 30 of my names were on backorder and that they were buying several of those to send out to me.
