Is this correct that the $3,673,704,861 in deposit at WMB fsb is included in the MOR 3 balance sheet as of 9/30/2009 as part of unrestricted cash and cash equivalents?


For some reason I was under the impression that the $6,932,908,747 in assets did not include the deposit and that is the reason for the lawsuit.
