I tend to agree with what you say.


Why would WMI even consider a stock swap while a lawsuit against the FDIC is still pending and that could be very rewarding.


Can you tell me the name of the distressed bank that TPG bought and how you know that WMI has lined up a new trading symbol WM for post settlement purposes?
