Did you ask for the name of the person you spoke with? I mean you could have been talking to the janitor. Who will cleaning up the office knocked over the phone and decided to answer anyways. hahaha..IMO but seriously what's the name of the person you talked to and what role did they play in management? Simply questions....I think. So I can go directly to the person you talked to and we can get the same answers.
