Old mgmt. was who we were dealing with, I have already explained the deal that never came to fruition in several posts & I will not explain it again. I do not know who the lawyers were....call somebody from old mgmt. if you have to know. I was just a 3rd party investor who was trying to help the company.

As for trading on insider info. I think not, otherwise I would never have sold millions of shares on D-Day @ .01. Also, my position now in holdings is 50% less of what I had before D-Day.......w/ more money invested & no profit. If I had inside info. & decided to trade on said info., I think my position would be much more favorable.
