NTRZ is not a normal Chapter 11 case.

No bond holders and a limited amount of debt. Chapter 11 moves the class action escrow to the back of the pack and can use any new money to really get the company rolling, such as the Phoenix plant.

List:

4M to Wells Fargo
5M for Phoenix plant.
3M for the list but in the last filing they had a payment agreement with FRC already in place but we will still add the 3M in anyway.
3M to reestablish both LA facility, a guess, and from memory the figure is really as little as 300K for both.
2-3 million escrow for the class action lawsuit.

If NTRZ did not lose their butt in Q1,2,3 09 we have book value to more than cover the above. This is not the end, but maybe a help.

VRMLQ share holders who sold at .08 on March 31, 2009 got burned. The stock is now $17.73
