I've never really understood that one...a much simpler explanation is that UBSS simply didn't want to be an MM for a scam company anymore and possibly be left holding shares if it got completely shut down.

Do you think KAJA lied about the PR firm giving them a list of contact info for SPNG's major customers? and that the PR firm got it from SPNG? Do you believe KAJA lied about attempting to contact them and none of them existed or ever existed in the places SPNG claimed they did? If you believe KAJA lied, then aren't you concerned SPNG has not brought suit against them or even claimed that specific information was complete fabrication? OR if you believe KAJA told the truth, then how can you not believe the customers are fabricated? It's either one way or the other.
