ScamExposer11, you are correct, there is a serious problem, shorts have taken a beating. From September 15 to October 13 there are 66,353 counterfeit shares worth $83,000 lost by shorts! I really think you have an issue with the SEC to get to the bottom of this. Those margin calls on fully reporting development stage stocks can really put a awful dent in someone's portfolio. We have four trading sectors of the market: retail, registered, Market Maker and Shorts. It is terrible that one sector does not get proper representation at the SEC. I really wish you luck on this crusade to recover your wealth. I have real empathy with you, I once lost $120,000 on subpenny stocks in the retail sector. You 'n me are like punk soul brothers..wanna flip for the last nickel on the drum?
You do have a valid point on "deliver on demand" warrants I see in the filings.
On my money chart below, I see we had 3 volume blasts in the last four weeks in the registered sector that have tightened up the float (sharestructure/OBV). A massive influx of money ( CMF60 & 20) and traders doing their thing (CMF5). Next week watch for a possible bounce off the EMA(20), if we close below we may have problems common to most BB stocks because the MFI's look kinda overweight, like the Williams%R is already in a dive..
