You are right..I don't know what I think is correct.?. On the one side NFI has almost no flaws fron an investment REIT point of view. On the other side the shorts consider NFI a slam dunk, and I can't figure out why.

In regards to Kerry/Bush sheeeesh who knows? We have Bush? a bona fide liar who seems to really want to settle a score that Daddy started, and maybe worse a waffling, say what you want to hear liberal wannabe in Kerry.

Little choice in my opinion, what sways me to Bush is the brilliant people that stand behind him. What's Kerry have Michael Moore? We need to remember that Israel is our friend and big bat in the Middle East.
