SANTA CLARA, Calif., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Cell Biosciences, Inc. today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Alpha Innotech Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: APNO). The stockholders of Alpha Innotech have approved the transaction, and all regulatory and other conditions have been satisfied. Pursuant to the merger agreement announced on September 8, 2009, former Alpha Innotech stockholders will receive $1.50 per share, or approximately $17.9 million in cash.
