Other than the 5,250,525 shares RME (not SPNG) were issued, GFGU issued an additional 20 million shares of stock this month. GFGU's share price is about to crater.

BTW- it seems SPNGers are going to take this "shorts covering" thing to the grave here. Eventually everyone has to open their eyes to what management did as 2 separate entities working together to destroy this company.

Oh, and also a 10-K that no accounting firm in the world could or would ever sign off on. That would have to involve a time machine.
