Now what do you think about this? The company didn't sell into the run to .0017+ or into the news. They "sold" at much lower prices during silence, and isn't it fitting that they said in the previous PR that they would be issuing restricted shares to the new MF CEO? Yes. The OS increase was increased in its majority IMO through restricted offerings. It was clearly displayed in the PR, they didn't sell at higher prices during a run/news like a typical P and D job. Every company would rather sell at higher prices when news hits, yet ERS did NOT. THIS WAS A RESTRICTED OFFERING.................am i saying there was no common stock dilution? NO. But the majority was restricted, and I stand by that.
