**Remember...after Q1' earnings were released it shot up over 2000%.

1 reason why investors like REITs so much is propery appreciation...the same holds true with art and high end collectables.

All you bashers may be in for a huge learning experience next week. I've been watching this stock for quite a while, now it ARTS time.
