Schiff's consulting agreement?

Compare the change.

This was from the first filing yesterday:

"...Mr. Schiff, however, continues to provide his services to EGC pursuant to his employment contract."

And here is the updated comment on Schiff's term:

"Mr. Schiff, however, continues to provide his services to EGC pursuant to a consulting agreement entered into as of October 22, 2009."

Why would he need a consulting agreement if his contract is still in force?
